The Right Attitude Towards Challenges
Being challenged in life is inevitable, but being defeated is optional.
It's not what happens to you that destroys you but how you respond to what happens to you.
Have the Right Attitude Towards Challenges:
Your attitude toward challenges is what determines your success or triumph over them. There are two major attitudes that people out up when they are faced with challenges. The first one is REACTION.
Many people react to problems, but that is a negative attitude, because it does nit provide solutions to the problems. Apart from leaving you confused, it leads to resentment and then to frustration.
Most often, when you react to problems you'll always find someone or something to blame for your predicament, not realizing that you only remain lame for as long as you blame.
The second attitude to challenges is RESPONSE.
People who respond to challenges are the ones who find solutions to them. Thy remain calm, quiet and cool in the face of problems and are therefore able to think resourcefully and find solutions easily.
When you respond to challenges, you can change trials into innovations that will birth a creative solution to a long lasting problem not just for you now but also for humanity. But when you react, you complicate issues.
God is not the author of problems, but He can use them to glorify His name in your life.
You must know that it is easier for you to create the right atmosphere for Him to step into your situation when you are responding rather than reacting, because He says, “Be still and know that I am God.”
Stop reacting to the needs around you. Instead of reacting and asking “Why?” respond and ask, “How?” Or “What can be done?” That way you're bound to find solutions.
