How to turn your vision into a reality...
Where there is no vision, people live carelessly. So let's start by defining what a vision is.
What is a Vision?
Vision Is A Clear Mental Portrait Of The Future.
Vision comes in the form of a "mental portrait," indicating this is a picture that exists in the mind's eye of the Visionary.
Vision is "clear," suggesting that the visionary who possesses such vision knows exactly what he wants to achieve and what the end product will look like.
To some the concept of vision may seem mystical and "out there," but to those who possess it, a vision is as tangible as knowing your full name.
Vision focuses on what does not yet exist, but should a "preferable future."
The term "preferable" is key, because it mandates CHANGE!
Having defined what Vision is, let's look at how to turn that Vision in your Mind into a Reality.
Something that has Value and can be traded on earth, where all visions are celebrated and duly rewarded.
Below are the steps you can take to turn your vision into a reality:
See It:
Every Vision starts in your minds eye.
See beyond where you are and see your "preferable" future.
Your mind is very powerful force. Have you noticed anytime you start thinking about symptoms of a particular illness before you know it, you're down with that illness.
The Vision you see, is what your hands will commit to fulfilling.
And Jesus endured the pain (the present), for the joy (a preferable future - me&you) set before him.
You're only able to overcome the challenges of life when you keep your eyes fixed on the Vision in your Mind.
Make sure you don't lose sight of your Vision!!!
Don't just see a glorious future once, don't just see your business going global, don't just see you marrying a beautiful spouse with very cute children.
You must be able to see for a very long time then suddenly the forces of nature begins to pull together that which is in your mind.
Keep The Vision Burning.
Write It:
To supply motion to your vision, everything you see must be documented.
Image unrecorded is image lost.
If you truly believe in what you see about your future, then commit it to writing.
Whatever you write down sets a fire in your soul; it literally commits you to the pursuit of the Vision
Say It:
Tell everybody everywhere about your future.
Tell your dream no matter how impracticable it may appear now. The more you talk about it, the closer you get to it.
Talking about your Vision births the drive & strategy needed to get it rolling.
Go and observe any world changer you know now, ask the people who were close to them and they'll tell you that he/she has been saying talking about their vision for the past 3/5/10years.
When you hear someone talking about his future, watch him, he will soon arrive there!
People that are strategic to your vision will only hear about it & partner with you when you TALK about that Vision!
